It only takes one encounter with God to change your life.
At 24, God met me at my lowest and my whole life took a different trajectory.
Since then, I've learned the necessity of abiding in His presence.
I pray that every Christian will experience His presence.
That’s the heartbeat of Presence Conference.
Presence Conference is a conference organised by SIBKL. It began with a vision from God given to Pastor Isaac Ling — to see young people fall in love with the Presence of God. It was about creating a space where they would hunger, thirst, and seek His Presence above all else.
In 2024, we took a step of faith and launched the first Presence Conference. We invited the young people of the church to come and encounter Jesus — and God showed up. He brought healing — physical, mental, and spiritual.
This year, the invitation goes beyond youth, campus, and young adults. We’re calling parents and kids to come and encounter God together — to experience His Presence. We believe this will be a year of OVERFLOW — where what God does in us won’t stay at the conference, but will flow into our schools, workplaces, and families.

Pr Isaac Ling Senior Pastor, SIBKL Malaysia Pr Isaac Ling is the Senior Pastor of SIBKL. He carries a heart to prepare and move the generations to spiritual revival - hosting the Presence of God. He is passionate about the Next Generation (children, youth, college, young adults). He enjoys leadership development, intrigued with all things theology and inspired by worship all the time. He is married to Pr Kim Lian and is a proud father to two active sons, Jedidiah and Macarius. Pr Isaac also claims that he is more handsome than Pr Ian Toh.

Pr Ian Toh Founding Pastor, 3:16 Church Singapore Ian is the founding pastor of 3:16 Church. His heart burns fiercely for the destiny of Singapore and her next generation. He loves to engage young kingdom leaders on the issues concerning our nation and desires to disciple the church on how to be real, relevant and ready in today’s world. God has also given Ian a love for the downcast and broken. With more than 16 years of ministry behind him, he has witnessed God’s restorative hand in the lives of many couples and families. He finds great delight whenever he see the Holy Spirit bringing back God-design into families in Singapore. Ian also leads True Love Is, a ministry that provides stories and resources for Christians who want to know more about LGBT issues. Ian and his wife Lilis have 4 children – Elias, Jan, Isaias and Roslina who they count as their biggest joy and blessing! Pr Ian also claims that he is more handsome than Pr Isaac Ling.

Dr Jimmy Lim & Michelle Chun Orthopaedic Surgeon & Writer Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Jimmy is an orthopaedic surgeon serving in a government hospital in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. He grew up in KL, played basketball every day, and snacks on apples and carrots. Michelle is a third culture kid and writer by trade. In 2022, she co-founded Faithour, a digital faith and impact platform, and currently chairs the executive committee of Asian Beacon, Malaysia's longest-running Christian magazine. Raised in Christian homes, both encountered Jesus in their teenage years and now yearn to live daily in obedience to His call. They have served together in youth and campus ministries, and their hearts' desire is to see the next generation love the Lord and carry a heart for Malaysia. Jimmy and Michelle have been married for eight years and are blessed with two amazing girls, Hannah and Sarah. As a family, they worship at Skyline SIB and enjoy new adventures, exploring God's creation and ice cream on Sundays.

Married for 38 years, they have 2 sons (Leon and Max), and 2 grandchildren (Isla and Jett) from their eldest son Leon and daughter-in-law Andrea. Recognised by Bloomberg as one of the top-10 most influential policymakers in the world, Dato Sri Idris is a transformation expert serving as Chairman and CEO of PEMANDU Associates, a consultancy specialising in public sector transformation and business turnaround. He also co-hosts a leadership podcast with his son Leon called the Game of Impossible. With a background in corporate communications from her time at Shell and years of experience as a group leader in Bible Study Fellowship, Datin Sri Ngan now serves on the core team of a church cell group. Pr Michael & Chiew Har Campus Pastor, Faith Christian Church Malaysia Pr Michael & Chiew Har were on staff in Full Gospel Assemby Kuala Lumpur for almost 25 years moving from Kids Ministry to Youth Ministry to Tertiary/Young Adults Ministry. When they left FGA at the end of 2005, their Youth & Tertiary/Young Adults Ministry was almost 600 in number. They moved to Adelaide, Australia in 2006. They were part of Influencers Church back then (now known as Futures Church) and was initially involved with the Asian, African & International students ministry. In 2010, they were appointed the Campus pastors of Adelaide City [known as City Campus]of Influencers church. Their roles involved overseeing the leadership and running of the campus. The campus grew from 150 members to over 400 members. They were in Adelaide for a total of 9 years. They are presently Campus pastors in Faith Christian Church mainly the Casey Campus with a membership of approximately 500 strong. They oversee the whole leadership, development & various departments of the campus.
