[ALL] When and where is Presence Conference 2025 taking place?Presence Conference 2025 will be held in SIBKL, 4th, 5th, 6th Floor, Bangunan Yin, 7, Section 16/11, Jalan Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

[ALL] Will the sessions be streamed live or recorded?No.

[ALL] What happens if I cannot make it for all the sessions. Will there be other ticketing options?Unfortunately, we do NOT offer day or session passes.

[ALL] What if I can no longer make it to the conference? Are tickets refundable?Tickets are NOT refundable but they are transferable. If you would like to transfer your ticket to a friend, you can email us at presenceconferencesibkl@gmail.com.

[ALL] Can I become a sponsor or request financial assistance?Yes! Just email us at presenceconferencesibkl@gmail.com and we’ll send you a form to get started.

[KIDZFAM] Can grandparents attend in replacement of me (parent)?No, we strongly recommend parents to attend.

[KIDZFAM] Do both parents have to be present for the conference?Preferably yes, but we welcome single parents as well.

[KIDZFAM] How can we expect the sessions to look like?There will be sessions combined as a family as well as separated.

[KIDZFAM] Can I choose to only register my child for the conference?No, every child must be accompanied with a parent.

[KIDZFAM] Can I (parent) register if my child does not attend the session for kids?Yes, the registration is open to parents to attend, as long as their child is under the age of 21.

[KIDZFAM] Can my 3 year old join?Yes, however they are required to sit with you or at the creche as the sessions for children are only for those 4 years and above.

[NEXTGEN] Can I still attend the conference if I do not fit in the age range of 13-40?No, but we are looking into future conferences where we will open to all ages.
